Nice! It has the elements and the recall value characters should be based on. You are on the right track. But you should also bear in mind that good “manual skill” (pencil and paper) is a good foundation for better illustration even if it is the electronic age. Nevertheless your work is quite engaging already. I would suggest, too, to look at animations done by Russian and other European studios, not just Disney and Japanese.
